AVAILABILITY:

‘V V ’ Cast Iron Swing Check (Reflux) type non return valves, suitable for horizontal or vertical (upward flow) installation, are available in following design:

1. ANSI Class 125 having flanges and face to face dimensions as per ANSI B 16.1 Class 125 and ANSI B 16.10 respectively.
2. All Iron trimmed.
3. Gun Metal trimmed.

Sort seating of either Nitrile Rubber or PTFE (Teflon) also available on request.

DESIGN FETURES:

‘V V’ C.I Swing Check Valves are in demand dude to following design features:

1. Valve bodies having ample thickness and sturdy built.
2. Bolted bonnets incorporating CAF gasket for sealing.
3. Sufficient opening to allow full flow with least possible pressure drop.
4. Renewable Gun Metal or Stainless Steel Trim.
5. Soft seated valves incorporating Nitrile Rubber or PTFE(Teflon) valves disc for special application.

Dimensions made within specified tolerances for easy installation.

TESTING AND CERTIFICATION:

All valves are tested to following cold non shock hydrostatic test pressure. Valves with metallic seats are test after applying a thin layer of lubricating oil to avoid damage to the seats due to friction. Our own Work’s test certificate for materials and pressure testing can be provided with every supply.
